Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
​
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Service Conditions
​
Our chauffeurs will arrive at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to the safety of our staff or other passengers.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited in our vehicles.
Liability
Durbanville Travel & Tours is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle or refund the cost of the service.
